Lime juice - 1/4cup
Honey - 1/2 cup
Whipping cream - 1/2 pt, whipped

MAKING
1. Wash, peel and pit the avocados and scoop the flesh into the blender container. Add lime juice and honey and blend till smooth.
2. Fold into whipped cream and spoon into freezer tray. Freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
