Creamy Lemon Dill Salad Dressing is fresh and goes well with sliced cucumbers.
Ingredients
* 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
* salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Take all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together. Mix them together.
Add some salt and pepper. Mix.
Taste the dressing with a slice of cucumber.
Add rest of the cucumber to the dressing. Give them a really nice toss.
Refrigerator for a while or for many days.
Salad is served.
