Creamy Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
1 box (1 lb.) confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Place sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt in a 1 1/2 ql glass casserole dish.
Arrange pieces of butter over top of mixture.
Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Mix until blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into a greased 10x6x2 inch glass baking dish.
Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
