Creamy Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
Sugar- 1 tablespoon
Paprika- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper- a few grains
Dry mustard- 1/2 teaspoon
Evaporated milk-1/2 cup, undiluted
Vinegar- 2 1/2 tablespoons
Salad oil- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix dry ingredients with milk
2.Then beat in vinegar, add oil gradually, keep beating thoroughly
3.Use less oil for a thinner mixture or thin with evaporated milk
SERVING
4.Serve as a salad dressing or as a spread for sandwiches

GREAT eggless mayo!! I left out the sugar because we don't like sweet mayo and used extra virgin olive oil. Made it in the blender.

I'm in heaven after trying this recipe. I've become extremely allergic to eggs and chicken and have missed mayonnaise in salads and on sandwiches. My husband couldn't tell the difference between his mayo and this recipe. Thank you so much for putting mayo back in my diet.
