Ingredients
5 lbs potatoes cut and quartered
1 quart half and half
1 stick butter
1 medium onion sliced
6 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c. fresh chopped chives
2c. diced ham
4c. water
3 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp salt
Directions
in a 4 to 6 qt stock pot add the water and the half and half
Add the salt and pepper
add the rest of the ingredients
bring to a boil
cook until potatoes are fork tender
