 Commercial sour cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped cucumber1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped pimiento3 Tablespoon
 Minced onion1 Tablespoon

Chill until firm.
Unmold on serving platter; garnish with cucumber slices, if desired.
