Creamy Cauliflower And Broccoli Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
5 cups sliced broccoli florets 1.25 L
4 cups sliced cauliflower florets 1 L
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup each light mayonnaise and 250 mL sour cream
1 tbsp granulated sugar 15 mL
1 tbsp white vinegar 15 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/4 tsp pepper 1 mL
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion.
In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; pour over vegetables and toss. (Salad can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 hours.)
