Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin package | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese package | 2 , softened | |
| Bleu cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 envelope Dream Whip Whipped Topping | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend cream cheese with bleu cheese and paprika.
Add gelatin gradually and beat until thoroughly blended.
Prepare whipped topping as directed on package; fold into gelatin mixture.
Spoon into individual molds or a 7 or 8 cup mold.
Chill until firm 3 hours or overnight.
Unmold.
Add cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
