Creamy White Chocolate Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White chocolate | 3 Ounce, grated | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until chocolate melts.
Transfer to a bowl; cool.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Add gelatin mixture and vanilla to white chocolate mixture; stir well.
Chill 30 minutes or until mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg white, stirring occasionally.
Fold in yogurt and sour cream.
Spoon into 6 (1/2 -cup) molds coated with cooking spray.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Unmold; garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
