Creamy Velvet Veal Recipe

Ingredients

 Condensed cream of mushroom soup1 Can (10oz), undiluted
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced veal, cut in serving pieces
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine soup, water, wine, lemon juice and pepper in 1 quart measure.
Set aside.
To preheat browning dish, MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add butter, onions and garlic.
Stir.
Add veal.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, turning veal over after 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over veal.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 to 12 MINUTES on '6', or until sauce is hot and veal is fork tender.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve over buttered noodles, if desired.
For ovens without solid state heat control, after adding sauce, MICROWAVE 12 to 15 MINUTES on '5'.
