Creamy Vegetable Salmon Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon minced dill leaves
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of vegetable soup
1 cup water
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can (8 ounces) salmon, drained and flaked
Directions
Cook cucumber, onion, and dill in butter until partially tender.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Heat, but do not boil.
Stir often.
