 Light mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Low Yogurt - 1cup
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced
 Dried Oregano or Curry Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned
 Minced garlic1/8 Teaspoon, dried
 Raw Vegetables or Chips - an assortment

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley. Oregano, salt, pepper and garlic till combined
2) Cling wrap the bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill for an hour

SERVING
3) Serve with chips or a vegetable assortment
