Creamy Turkey & Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Hot water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauce mix package | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley | ||
| 1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place water in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 6 minutes, or until water boils.
Stir in noodles and sauce mix, milk, vegetables, turkey and pepper.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 10 to 14 minutes, or until noodles are tender and sauce thickens, stirring twice.
Stir in sour cream.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Cover.
