Creamy Tomato Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned stewed tomatoes - 2 cups, slightly pureed | ||
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Half-and-half | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon, Whipped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a single quart microwavable casserole and add tomatoes, milk, and corn in it. Mix well and microwave on Medium 50% for 5 minutes. Make sure that the corn is heated well.
2. Now, add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Microwave for another 2 minutes on Medium.
3. Allow flavors to blend for 3 minutes.
SERVING
4.Serve hot.
