| Round steak | 2 Pound | |
| 4 tablespoons flour oil | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, sliced | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup | ||
| 1/4 cup water, broth, or dry white California wine | ||
| Steak sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut meat into serving portions.
Season the meat with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, and brown meat on both sides.
Remove meat from skillet, and brown onion a minute or so.
Alternate meat and onion in the crock cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour them over the meat.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
