Creamy Steak Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 cups reduced-sodium V-8 juice | ||
| 16 ounces lean round steak, cut into 36 pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 cups diced raw potatoes | ||
| Frozen mixed vegetables package | 1 , thawed | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine mushroom soup and V-8 juice.
Stir in steak pieces, onion, potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Add parsley flakes and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
