Creamy Sprout Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Seasoning without salt | ||
Directions
1. Add sprouts and mushrooms to boiling water.
2. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
