Creamy Spinach Fettucini Recipe

Ingredients

 Green pepper1 Small, chopped
 Pepper red1 Small, chopped
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Plain non-fat yogurt1 Carton (1l)
 White sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Italian seasoning2 Tablespoon, dried
 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Lower
 Salt Ham cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 12 ounces uncooked spinach fettucini, cooked according to package directions omitting salt and drained
 6 slices Lower Salt Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add vegetables; saute until tender-crisp.
Mix yogurt, white sauce and seasoning in small bowl.
Add to vegetables and heat through.
Add ham; continue cooking until hot.
Spoon over warm fettucini; top with bacon.
Garnish with parsley or fresh rosemary, if desired.
