Creamy Spinach Fettucini Recipe
Creamy pasta fettucine is a vegetable and bacon pasta. Made with yogurt and white sauce, this meaty vegetable pasta has spinach, peppers and onions in it. Cooked with added ham and finished with crumbled bacon, the creamy pasta fettucine is indulgent and filling.
Ingredients

| Pepper red | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Plain non-fat yogurt | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| White sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Italian seasoning | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Lower | ||
| Salt Ham cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| 12 ounces uncooked spinach fettucini, cooked according to package directions omitting salt and drained | ||
| 6 slices Lower Salt Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled | ||
Directions
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add vegetables; saute until tender-crisp.
Mix yogurt, white sauce and seasoning in small bowl.
Add to vegetables and heat through.
Add ham; continue cooking until hot.
Spoon over warm fettucini; top with bacon.
Garnish with parsley or fresh rosemary, if desired.
