 Shrimp1 Can (10oz), deveined
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Catsup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Corn chips
 Crackers

Directions

1. Empty shrimps into a sieve and rinse under cold water. Set aside 1 shrimp for garnish; cut remainder into small pieces.
2. Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, the sour cream, catsup, lemon juice and horseradish in a medium-size bowl; fold in the shrimps. Chill at least two hours or overnight to blend flavors.
3. Spoon into a small bowl. Garnish with reserved shrimp and a tiny sprig of parsley, if you wish.
