Ingredients

 
1 cup celery, sliced
 
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
 
Dash thyme, paprika, and basil
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1 cup water
 
2 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
 
6 oz. Brilliant cooked
 
pkg. frozen shrimp
 
1 cup 2% milk

Directions

Combine the celery, onion, seasonings, and water in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until onion is tender.
Stir in the potatoes; cover and simmer until potatoes are soft.
Add the shrimp; cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Slowly add the milk.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens (do not boil or milk will curdle).
