Creamy Red Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered | ||
| 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened | ||
| 10 3/4-oz. can cream of potato soup | ||
| Ranch salad dressing envelope | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the potatoes.
2) Beat the cream cheese, salt dressing mix and soup together. Stir the mixture into the potatoes.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours, till the potatoes are soft.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
