Creamy Pumpkin Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup pureed pumpkin
3/4 cup water
1 pkg. butterscotch-flavored sugar-free instant pudding mix
Directions
Combine pumpkin and water in a saucepan or microwave bowl.
Heat on high until boiling.
Remove from heat and chill thoroughly.
Whisk or beat in pudding mix.
Spoon into four dessert dishes.
