Creamy Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz. crushed pineapple, unsweetened
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 tsp concentrated aspartam
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Drain the liquid from the canned pineapple into a saucepan; sprinkle the gelatin over it to soften.
Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved.
Use a blender or food processor to combine with all the other ingredients.
Pour into individual dishes.
Chill until set.
