Creamy Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 9 Medium, peeled | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/3 cup sliced green onion with tops | ||
| 1/4 cup pickle relish | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cream Dressing | ||
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges | ||
Directions
In large bowl combine potatoes, celery, green onion, relish, salt, and pepper.
Stir in Cream Dressing.
Toss lightly.
Chill thoroughly.
Before serving, fold in radishes.
Garnish with egg wedges.
