Creamy Pork And Courgettes Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| 125 g/4 oz Courgettes | ||
| Cooked ham slice | 2 | |
| 15 ml/1 tbsp Oil | ||
| 4 Lean pork loin chops | ||
| 376 g/13 1/4 oz can Homepride | ||
| White Wine with Cream Cook-in-Sauce | ||
| Sprig of watercress, to garnish | ||
Directions
Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Slice the courgettes.
Chop the ham.
Heat the oil in a large, shallow pan.
Gently fry the pork chops for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned on both sides.
Drain well and add the onions and courgettes to the pan.
Scatter the chopped ham over the vegetables and pour over the White Wine with Cream Cook-in-Sauce.
Cover and simmer over a gentle heat for 45 minutes, until the pork chops are tender.
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve hot, garnished with watercress.
