Ingredients

 2 10 ounce packages frozen peas with pearl onions
 Water2 Tablespoon
 1/4 cup reduced calorie soft style cream cheese
 Skim milk2 Tablespoon
 Cracked black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine frozen vegetables and water.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 7 to 9 minutes (11 to 14 minutes in low wattage ovens) or till just tender.
Drain well.
Stir in the cream cheese, milk, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook, covered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
