1 4-serving envelope low-calorie lime-flavored gelatin
1 3-ounce package Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tablespoons skim milk
1 16-ounce can dietetic-pack pear halves, drained and diced
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
Directions
Prepare gelatin following package directions.
Beat cheese with milk; slowly add gelatin, beating till light and fluffy.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in pears and banana.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
