1 slice of butter
100 gm finely chopped chicken
1/2 onion chopped
Cheese to taste- cheddar
Handful of sliced mushrooms (frozen)
Pasta of choice- boiled
250ml thickened cream
Mustard
Salt and Pepper
Milk
Tabasco
Directions
Heat pan and add butter and onions. Saute them until transparent.
Then add chicken, salt and pepper to taste. When chicken chnages color add mushrooms.
Saute mushrooms for 1-2 minutes and then add cream. Add milk if mixture looks thick.
Keep stirring. Add mustard,cheese, tobasco. Stir and taste and Adjust the flavor.
Add pasta and mix it well. And serve it.
