 Gelatin package2
 Boiling water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla Ice Cream1 Pint, softened
 Orange juice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mint leaves4

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Spoon in ice cream stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir in orange juice.
Pour into 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with orange slices, strawberry halves and mint leaves, if desired.
