 Pork loin chops - 4 (4- to 6-oz.), 1/2 inch thick
 All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
 Ground sage1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Large, sliced
 Condensed cream of onion soup - 1 (10-1/2-oz.) can
 Beef-bouillon granules - 2 teaspoons
 Steak sauce2 Tablespoon (Soup can milk - 1/2)
 Parsley - to garnish, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1 Slash fat edges of chops.
2 In a shallow bowl, mix flour and sage.
3 Coat meat with flour mixture.
4 Place in a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, with tenderloin portion toward center of dish. Top with onion.
5 In a medium bowl, whisk soup, milk, bouillon granules, steak sauce and any remaining flour mixture until smooth.
6 Pour mixture over chops, being sure to coat all chops.
7 Cover and microwave for 30 minutes at 30% (MEDIUM LOW).
8 After 15 minutes, turn chops over and rearrange.
9 Push the chops under liquid.
10 Cover and microwave for remaining time or until tender.
11 Let stand, covered,for 10 minutes.
12 Chops are done when they have no pink color when cut in the center.
13 Skim off any fat.

SERVING
14 Serve pan juices over chops. Garnish with parsley.
