Ingredients

 Tofu1 Can (10oz), drained
 Pimentos1 Can (10oz), drained
 1 teaspoon or more ground cumin
 1 teaspoon or more paprika
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), peeled
 Cider vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon
 Capers2 Tablespoon, drained
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 6 to 8 small sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted in boiling water for 3 minutes and drained
 Toasted almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.
Allow to stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
Taste and correct seasoning, then heat in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
