Creamy Kiwi Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Kiwi fruit | 3 , peeled | |
| 12 oz. cream cheese blended with | ||
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Melting Moments:) | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Melting Moments:) | |
| Egg yolk | 1 (Melting Moments:) | |
| A few drops vanilla extract | ||
| Rising flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Melting Moments:) | |
| Cornflakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed (Melting Moments:) | |
Directions
To make Melting Moments, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and extract.
Gradually blend in flour to make a stiff dough.
Chill 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
Grease two baking sheets.
Shape dough into 30 small balls and lightly press each into crushed cornflakes.
Place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheets and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
To make Creamy Kiwi Dip, put peeled kiwi fruit in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Stir in cream cheese mixture and sugar; mix well.
Spoon dip into a serving bowl and serve with Melting Moments.
