Creamy Italian Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup Real, Light or Cholesterol Free Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise | ||
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups twist or spiral pasta, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
Directions
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Stir in pasta, cherry tomatoes, green'pepper and olives.
Cover; chill
