1) In a microwavable bowl, add butter and cream and microwave uncovered on HIGH for 1 minute.
2) In another microwave dish, add the cream cheese, mix in butter and cream and beat well into a smooth texture.
3) Add in the herb paste or freshly pounded herbs, pepper, mix well and microwave uncovered for 3 minutes, stopping to stir once a minute.
4) To serve, pour hot Creamy Garlic Sauce over warm, cooked pasta.
