Creamy Garden Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 small head lettuce, shredded
Dash pepper
1 cup half and half Chives
1/2 bunch watercress, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
Directions
Melt butter in 2 1/2 quart casserole in Radarange oven 40 seconds.
Add onion, cook in oven 1 minute.
Add vegetables, cook 5 minutes.
Process mixture in blender until smooth.
Return to casserole, stir in chicken broth, boiling water, seasoning and stir in half and half.
Return casserole to oven; cook covered 2 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with chopped chives.
