Creamy Fruit Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime gelatin package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup PET Light Evaporated Skimmed Milk | ||
| 2 cups fresh fruit, cut-up | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let it cool slightly to prevent milk from curdling.
2. Stir in evaporated skimmed milk.
3. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites and stir in fruit.
4. Into an 8-inch square pan or a 5-cup mold pour and chill until firm.
SERVING
5. Garnish with additional fruit.
