Creamy Dairy Free Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup milk-free margarine, softened | ||
| Confectioner’s sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Cocoa powder | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, cream the sugar and margarine until fluffy.
2) Beat in the egg yolk, then the cocoa powder.
3) Stir in a little warm water, if required for a spreading consistency.
SERVING
4) Use the frosting to frost a 9-inch layer cake.
