| Curry paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushroom | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Coriander | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (fresh) | |
| Cream | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Add garam masala, curry paste, salt, chilli, stir for 1 min, add mushrooms, cover, cook for 1 min, add water, bring to boil, stir till thick paste is formed.
Adjust salt, chilli to taste, stir in coriander cream.
