Creamy Cucumber Salad Dressing Recipe
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced|
|Cucumber||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), peeled, seeded, and finely chopped|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

1) In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and chives/green onions.
2) Now combine the chopped cucumber to this mix and stir in milk to get the dressing the desired consistency.
3) Transfer the dressing in spoonfuls into a bowl and cover/seal it followed by refrigerating it for up to 1 week.
4) Shake the dressing well before serving.
