Creamy Cucumber Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut in chunks
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 cups nonfat sour cream
Directions
1. Place the cucumber in a food processor or blender, and process until finely chopped. Roll the chopped cucumber in a kitchen towel, and squeeze out any excess moisture.
