Creamy Crabmeat And Almonds Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 tablespoons butter
2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/3 cup ripe olives,quartered
1/4 cup pimento, chopped and drained
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, snipped
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In 3-quart casserole, combine mushrooms, green pepper and butter.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Add crabmeat, almonds, orange juice, lemon juice, celery soup, celery salt, olives, pimento, parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 10 to 12 minutes; stir after 6 minutes.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
