Creamy Crab And Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces small pasta shells or elbow macaroni | ||
| Green beans | 1 pound, trimmed | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 or 3 drops hot red pepper sauce | ||
| Crabmeat | 8 Ounce, drained | |
| 2 medium-size sweet red peppers, cored, seeded, and finely chopped | ||
| 8 scallions, including tops, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
ln a large saucepan of boiling water, cook the pasta and beans, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until firm-tender€”about 8 minutes.
Drain, rinse under cool water, and drain well again.
Meanwhile, combine the may-onnaise, yogurt, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper sauce in a large bowl.
Add the pasta, beans, crabmeat, peppers, and scallions, and toss lightly to mix.
Chill for 1 hour.
