Creamy Corn Scallop Recipe
Ingredients
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Soda crackers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400°
MAKING
2. In a large pan, combine the soup, onion and the pepper and mix well
3. In another 1-quart casserole, arrange the corn, soup mixture and the crackers in alternate layers and cover with butter
4. Bake for 25 minutes
SERVING
5. Serve hot immediately
