Directions
1. Put butter and green pepper into a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at High.
2. Add flour, salt and red pepper to mixture in pitcher; stir. Blend chicken broth into flour mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir once.
3. Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted. Stir in corn and liquid pepper sauce. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to serving temperature (1 1/2 to 2 minutes at High).
