 Shredded cabbage2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded carrot2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup finely+B271 chopped green or red sweet pepper
 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
 1/4 cup non-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In a salad bowl toss together the cabbage, carrot, green or red sweet pepper and green onion.
For the dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
Toss lightly to coat.
Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.
