Directions
Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts.
Remove from heat; add salt and vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until thick enough to spread, adding additional milk, if necessary.
