Creamy Chili Dip Recipe
Creamy Chili Dip recipe is very precious to me because it was passed on to me by my mom. I will prepare this Creamy Chili Dip as Side Dish for a get-together I am soon going to host. The Creamy Chili Dip is made with Chili which can be easily found at any grocery store. You do not need to be a gourmet to gauge how delicious and flavorful this dish is.
Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese or reduced-calorie cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Vegetable Juice
1 can (4 ounces) chopped chilies
1/2 cup Chopped Pitted Ripe Olives
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually beat in vegetable juice until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Stir in chilies, olives, red pepper, onion and hot pepper sauce.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 4 hours.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
