Creamy Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, baked
Directions
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth; stir in sour cream.
Cook at MEDIUM 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir twice.
Pour cheese mixture into pie crust.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 4 to 6 minutes, or until center is almost set.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
