MAKING
1 In a medium skillet, heat oil.
2 saute onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic over medium heat.

4 In a blender or a food processor, combine cauliflower, sauteed vegetables, and seasonings .

7 Ladel into soup bowls and serve
