Ingredients

 2 pkgs. (10-oz. each) frozen cauliflower
 Butter1 Tablespoon, softened
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pimiento1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Corn flakes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Dill weed1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In 2-qt casserole place salt and water.
Add cauliflower.
Microwave at High (10) 5 to 7 Minutes, until just done.
Place in strainer or colander to drain.
In same 2-qt casserole, stir to mix butter and flour.
Stir in milk, cheeses, pimiento and seasonings.
Microwave at High (10) 6 Minutes, until cheese melts and mixture thickens.
Mix cauliflower gently into sauce and sprinkle top with corn flakes mixed with paprika and dill weed.
Microwave at High (10) 5 to 6 Minutes, until hot.
